I'm Daniel Masuda Lehrman, a fee-only CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® in Honolulu.

I work with retirees and pre-retirees in Hawaii, most with $1 million or more saved, who want a clear answer on whether their retirement works before they hand in their notice.

I don't sell products or earn commissions. You pay a flat, published fee, and my only job is the advice.

Before starting this firm, I spent ten years at Vanguard, Fidelity, and Schwab, where I advised nearly a thousand households.

I learned a lot there. I watched clients get reassigned to a new advisor every year or two, wait on hold with an 800 number, and squeeze into whatever meeting slot the firm offered.

I started my firm to provide a different experience. My clients have my cell number. We meet when it works for you, including evenings and weekends.
